BOUNZ is a lifestyle rewards loyalty program with retail partners across UAE & Bahrain. Customers can earn BOUNZ on every purchase and redeem them instantly at participating partners or within the BOUNZ app.
No, BOUNZ membership is free. There is no joining fee or minimum spend required.
You can join BOUNZ by:
- Downloading the BOUNZ app from the App Store, Google Play Store, or Huawei App Gallery and following the registration steps.
- Registering your mobile number at partner stores and receiving an SMS with instructions to complete your registration.
Your membership may be considered inactive if you have no transactions for 6 months since enrollment or last transaction. To reactivate, simply log in to the app or make an accrual/ redemption at any partner.
Currently, BOUNZ membership is for individuals only.
You can update your details anytime in the app under My Account → My Profile. For restricted fields (like mobile number), please contact support@bounz.ae.
Log in to the BOUNZ app and view your balance on the home screen.
Present your BOUNZ barcode, registered mobile number, or membership ID at checkout. For online partners, enter your membership details to link your account on the ‘loyalty page’ or at the time of purchase.
BOUNZ will be credited once the partner sends us your transaction. This can take anywhere from 1 hour to 1 month. If you have not received your BOUNZ and would like to inquire the status, please reach out to us at support@bounz.ae.
You cannot claim your BOUNZ by emailing support@bounz.ae with a copy of your receipt within 48 hours. This is subject to partner terms and conditions. No retro claims are offered on Jewelery partners.
Yes, unless a partner’s terms state otherwise, you can redeem BOUNZ even during promotions and sales.

Yes, you can use BOUNZ to part-pay for purchases at partner stores and within the app.
You can redeem by:
- Presenting your mobile number, barcode or membership ID at partner checkout.
- Redeeming directly in the BOUNZ app for mobile recharges and gift cards.
Yes, BOUNZ can be earned and redeemed across UAE and Bahrain. The value of BOUNZ will be based on the local currency conversion rate set by BOUNZ.
Yes, browse our curated gift card catalogue within the app. You can pay in full with BOUNZ or use a credit card.
Yes, all BOUNZ expire 24 months after being credited to your account.
Yes, promotional/bonus BOUNZ may expire sooner (e.g., within 3–6 months). Expiry details will be shared at the time of the promotion.
If you return a purchase, the BOUNZ earned will be reversed. If you redeemed BOUNZ on that purchase, they will be credited back in line with the partner’s refund policy.
